FOUNDER
Michael Antonov is a software architect, investor and a serial
entrepreneur passionate about taking on huge challenges
that can make a difference in human lives, such as solving
the problem of aging. Prior to Formic Ventures, Michael
was the co-founder and Chief Software Architect at
Oculus, acquired by Facebook.

Matt Shlosberg
CHIEF OF STAFF
From re-inventing software engineering to improving quality of healthcare for millions of people, Matt loves moonshots that move humanity forward. Prior to Formic Ventures, Matt served in CTO, product management, and operations roles for several startups.
Hayk Danielyan
PORTFOLIO MANAGER
Hayk possesses a dangerous combination of two critical skills: finance and technology. Prior to Formic Ventures, Hayk was an Associate at Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo. Hayk has a BS in Math in Economics from Moscow State University and is a CFA Charterholder.
Maria Konovalenko
SCIENTIST IN RESIDENCE
Maria is an expert in human longevity and the overall science of aging. Prior to joining Formic Ventures, Maria was the Vice President of the Science for Life Extension Foundation and did research at the Buck Institute. Maria has a PhD in Biology of Aging from the University of Southern California.
